What you get

Market alerts send the rates shown on Pyzento to your email. You choose which rates you want and which emails you want. There are two kinds of email.

When you follow an item, for example POY, you get all its grades. Market alerts are free. You do not need a password. You only need an email address that you can open. Gold, silver, the Cotton A Index and natural rubber are monthly World Bank averages; they appear in the daily summary but have no change alerts.

How often emails come

The daily summary comes once a day, in the morning. It does not come more than once a day. It comes even on days when no rate changed.

A rate-change alert comes only when a new polyester or cotton rate is entered and it is different from the earlier rate. If the rate does not change, no alert is sent.

Crude oil prices come from a weekly release, so they may not change every day. In the daily summary they can show the same price for a few days.

Your email and your choices

We keep only what is needed to send the emails you asked for.

Every email has a link to change your alerts and a link to unsubscribe.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes. Market alerts are free and there is no password or account to set up.

How do I change what I get?

Open any alert email and press "Change my alerts". There you can choose different rates, switch the daily summary or the change alerts on or off, and save.

How do I stop the emails?

Press "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any alert email. The emails stop at once and your address is deleted after 30 days. To remove your address straight away, use "Delete my email now" on the "Change my alerts" page.

Why have I not got the confirm email?

First look in your spam or junk folder. The confirm link works for 48 hours. If it has expired, or the email never came, sign up again on this page to get a new link. Nothing else is sent until you confirm.

Is this investment advice?

No. The emails give information only: the rates and how they changed. They do not tell you what to do and they do not say what rates will do next.
